이용약관

1. 서비스

"15년"(이하 서비스, 주소 15years.pet)은 개인 개발자 하루(Haru, 이하 운영자)가 운영하는 브라우저 게임입니다. 이용자는 강아지나 고양이 한 마리와 그 아이가 떠날 때까지 함께 사는 이야기를 플레이합니다. 게임 자체와 결과 카드 공유는 무료입니다.

2. 유료 기능 "무지개다리 너머"

• 한 판의 이야기를 한 페이지로 엮어 영구 보관하고, 고유 링크를 제공하며, 매년 이별한 날 이메일 한 통을 보내는 디지털 기능입니다.
• 가격은 4,900원(해외 US$3.49)이며 한 번 결제하는 상품입니다. 구독이 아니고 자동 결제되지 않습니다.
• 결제와 세금, 영수증은 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Polar(polar.sh)가 처리합니다. 결제에는 Polar의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
• 결제가 끝나면 즉시 이용할 수 있습니다. 결제에 쓴 이메일로 영수증과 이야기 페이지 주소가 발송됩니다.
• 미성년자는 보호자의 동의를 받아 결제해야 합니다.

3. 환불

결제 후 30일 안에는 이유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불합니다. 자세한 내용은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 이용자가 입력한 내용

이용자가 지은 이름과 남긴 글은 이용자에게 속합니다. 이야기 페이지는 링크를 아는 사람만 볼 수 있습니다. 다른 사람을 해치거나 법에 어긋나는 내용이 신고되면 운영자는 해당 페이지를 내릴 수 있고, 이 경우 결제 금액을 환불합니다.

5. 게임의 성격

게임 속 사건과 수치는 공개 자료를 참고한 이야기이며, 실제 반려동물의 건강이나 치료에 관한 조언이 아닙니다. 반려동물의 건강 문제는 수의사와 상담해 주세요.

6. 서비스 변경과 종료

운영자는 서비스를 고치거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 사이트에 알리고, 종료 전 90일 안에 결제한 분이 요청하면 환불합니다. 이야기 페이지는 종료 전에 내려받을 수 있게 합니다.

7. 책임의 한계

운영자는 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하려고 노력하지만, 이용자의 기기나 브라우저 설정 때문에 브라우저에 저장된 진행 기록이 지워지는 경우에는 책임지지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자의 책임은 이용자가 결제한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

8. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호법이 더 넓은 권리를 준다면 그 권리가 우선합니다.

Terms of Service

Effective: October 17, 2026

1. The service

"15 Years" (the Service, at 15years.pet) is a browser game operated by Haru, an independent developer (the Operator). You play the story of living with one dog or cat until they leave. The game itself and sharing your result card are free.

2. Paid feature: "Beyond the Rainbow Bridge"

• A digital feature that binds one playthrough into a permanently kept one-page story, gives it a unique link, and sends one email each year on the day of parting.
• The price is US$3.49 (4,900 KRW in Korea), paid once. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Payment, taxes, and receipts are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record. Polar's terms also apply to the purchase.
• The feature is available immediately after payment. A receipt and the link to your story page are sent to the email used at checkout.
• Minors must have a parent's or guardian's permission to pay.

3. Refunds

Full refund within 30 days of payment, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

4. What you enter

Names and notes you write belong to you. Story pages are visible only to people who have the link. If content that harms others or breaks the law is reported, the Operator may take the page down and will refund the payment.

5. Nature of the game

Events and numbers in the game are a story informed by public data. They are not advice about any real animal's health or treatment. Please consult a veterinarian for your pet's health.

6. Changes and shutdown

The Operator may update or change the Service. If the Service shuts down, notice will be posted 30 days in advance, purchases made in the final 90 days will be refunded on request, and story pages will be available to download before shutdown.

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator works to keep the Service available, but is not responsible for progress stored in your browser being lost because of your device or browser settings. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where the consumer protection laws of your country give you broader rights, those rights apply.
