개인정보 처리방침

게임만 하는 경우
회원가입이 없습니다. 아이의 이름, 선택, 진행 기록은 이용자의 브라우저 저장소에만 남고 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
방문 통계는 쿠키를 쓰지 않는 Cloudflare Web Analytics로 익명 집계합니다(방문 수, 대략적인 국가, 브라우저 종류). 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 모으지 않습니다.
"무지개다리 너머"를 결제한 경우
- 모으는 것: 결제에 쓴 이메일, 그 판의 이야기(아이 이름, 종과 품종, 함께한 햇수, 이야기에 나온 장면, 결과 카드 이미지), 이별한 날짜
- 쓰는 곳: 이야기 페이지 보관과 표시, 영수증과 페이지 주소 발송, 매년 기일 이메일 발송, 환불과 문의 응대
- 보관 기간: 이야기 페이지는 삭제를 요청할 때까지, 이메일은 페이지가 있는 동안 보관합니다. 삭제를 요청하면 7일 안에 지웁니다.
- 결제 정보: 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보는 판매 대행사인 Polar가 처리하며, 운영자는 받지 않습니다.
함께 처리하는 곳
- Cloudflare: 사이트 호스팅, 이야기 데이터 저장, 방문 통계
- Polar: 결제, 세금, 영수증 (판매 대행사)
- 이메일 발송 서비스: 영수증 이후 안내와 기일 이메일 발송
이 서비스들은 해외에 서버를 둘 수 있습니다. 위 목적 외에는 개인정보를 다른 곳에 팔거나 넘기지 않습니다.
이용자의 권리
내 정보 열람, 수정, 삭제, 기일 이메일 중단을 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다. 기일 이메일은 메일 안의 링크로도 바로 끌 수 있습니다.
어린이
만 14세 미만은 보호자 동의 없이 결제할 수 없습니다.

Privacy Policy
Effective: October 17, 2026
If you only play the game
There is no sign-up. Your pet's name, your choices, and your progress stay in your browser's storage and are never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
Visits are counted anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies (visit counts, approximate country, browser type). We do not collect information that identifies you.
If you purchase "Beyond the Rainbow Bridge"
- What we collect: the email used at checkout, the story of that playthrough (pet name, species and breed, years together, scenes in the story, result card image), and the date of parting
- How we use it: to keep and show your story page, send the receipt and page link, send the yearly anniversary email, and handle refunds and support
- How long: the story page is kept until you ask us to delete it, and your email for as long as the page exists. We delete within 7 days of a request.
- Payment details: card numbers and other payment details are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. The Operator never receives them.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting, story storage, visit statistics
- Polar: payment, taxes, receipts (Merchant of Record)
- An email delivery service: follow-up and anniversary emails
These providers may store data on servers outside your country. We never sell your information or share it for any purpose other than those above.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop anniversary emails, at any time. Anniversary emails can also be turned off with the link inside each email.
Children
Children under 14 (or the age set by your local law) may not pay without a guardian's consent.
